Can I switch from hosted to self-hosted later?
Yes. Contact us to discuss a migration path. Your data and configuration can be exported and transferred to your own environment.
What does the self-hosted license cover?
The license covers our plugin (system-wide infrastructure: rating engine integration, tariff management, CDR pipeline) and module (product and service layer: package configuration, automated provisioning, client portal integration) for one installation. The underlying billing platform is purchased separately.
Is Avalara tax integration included?
Avalara Communications Tax (AFC) and Avalara Sales & Use Tax are available as an add-on for both hosted and self-hosted deployments. You will need your own Avalara account.
What are the prerequisites for self-hosted?
You’ll need a compatible billing platform instance (purchased separately), a compatible rating engine server, PHP 7.4+ with required extensions, and network connectivity between your billing server and the rating engine API. Full requirements are provided with the license.
